This tutorial will cover how to get started using the Quartus II Design Software, and the version used in the tutorial is version 11.1 Service Pack 2, and is done on Windows 7.
This tutorial assumes that the software has been installed and configured properly. I may include another video showing the install and driver configuration, just in case there are problems with the installation.
