Frequently Asked Questions …

Who is this site for?

Anyone who wants it! If you have a desire to learn the basics of electronics, this site is for you! Doesn't matter whether you're a student, teacher, hobbyist, or just curious about electronics. Maybe you'd like to learn about 555 timers, or transistors, or would like to learn to build simple circuits or projects ... it's all here, and all for you!

Do I have to register?

Nope.

Isn't there a cost to use the site?

Nope. At some point I may offer some extra services, like personalized lesson plans, tutoring, that sort of thing, that may have an extra charge, but for now, you are entitled to browse the site and learn as you wish, and at your own pace. And, for free!

I'm looking for something on a particular topic, but I don't see it on your site. What can I do?

Just ask! 🙂

At what school or grade level is the material designed for?

Well ... some of the material on the site has been taught at the college level, but I try and make the lessons as simple and straightforward as I can, so as long as you can read, and know a little math, it should be easy to follow for most anyone.

Did you say math?!?

Yes I did, and don't panic! There will be some math involved, but I promise it won't be too complicated ... as we focus on the basics, we'll only use a little math, only when necessary, and it won't be scary at all. Don't worry ...

Do you offer any kind of certificate, or accreditation?

No. Not now.

What if I have a question that isn't here?
